Iraqi Christian murdered

Christians in Iraq have requested prayers following the brutal murder of a 29 year old Christian man in Kirkuk. Ashur Issa Jacob was kidnapped Friday (13th of May). His family received a demand for a large ransom. However, on Monday, May 16, his body was found. Ashur leaves a wife and three children. Christians in Iraq report that incidents of violence against Christians are continuing, though many go unreported.
